While introducing a Portuguese label, I noticed that that the French and Italian labels were erroneously written using the single quote (' U+0027) instead of the apostrophe (’ U+2019). Since labels use natural language and not computer language sintax, the proper tipographical characters should be used. However, this is a very common mistake, probably made all over across Wikipedia, and I'm not sure all agree on using the most proper symbols instead of the most common ones, specially in languages like English that do not usually make use of diacritics. Apotrophes are mostly used in English for the possessive case, so they would rarely appear on labels, but in Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French and other Romanance languages they are quite common. Should I fix this in the other languages' labels as well?
