This property should probably be renamed to 'voiceActor'. Chrisahn 12:57, 27 April 2012

I think this article best matches what the property expresses, both for a physical actor and for a fictional character. Marcofossati 13:19, 27 April 2012
Hmm... 'Dubbing' is the activity, but even that article contains only one occurrence of the word 'dubber' (in the Asia section) versus twenty of 'voice actor' and two of 'voice artist'. Chrisahn 21:11, 27 April 2012 (UTC)
Dubbing is important WRT foreign markets. For instance, this Italian article makes the difference between the original Buzz Lightyear American voice actors i.e. Voci orig. values and the Italian dubbers i.e. Voci italiane values. Therefore, 2 distinct properties should be created. --Marcofossati 14:16, 2 May 2012 (UTC)
Ah, now I see what you mean: for an animated movie, there are the original speakers, and there are the foreign-language speakers. Good point. My concern is just that 'dubber' doesn't seem to be used by native English speakers. For example, there are hardly any Google hits, while there are tons for 'voice actor'. The verb 'to dub' seems to be used though, so maybe we could rename the property to 'dubbedBy', although that's kind of ugly too. Chrisahn 21:42, 6 May 2012 (UTC)
