Hi, my name is Jona Christopher Sahnwaldt. I have been writing software since I was a boy. In 2009 and 2010 I was employed by Neofonie who let me commit most of my time to DBpedia. During that time, the DBpedia framework was redesigned and ported from PHP to Scala. Currently (March 2012) I am again working for the DBpedia project, mainly to prepare the next main DBpedia release, but also to fix bugs, reply to mailing list enquiries, and so on.
