Hi, my name is Jona Christopher Sahnwaldt. I have been writing software since I was a boy. In 2009 and 2010 I was employed by Neofonie who let me commit most of my time to DBpedia. During that time, I helped in the redesign of the DBpedia framework and its port from PHP to Scala, which led to major improvements in performance and maintainability. Currently (March 2012) I am again working for the DBpedia project, mainly to prepare the next main DBpedia release, but also to fix bugs, reply to mailing list enquiries, and so on. My email address is jc@sahnwaldt.de, but for most questions regarding DBpedia I prefer dbpedia-discussion. Happy mapping!
