I, for one, would create a subclass LiteraryGenre. Next, you could then add subclasses for Sarire, Novels etc.

Please take a look here Ontology_Editing. When creating the OntologyPage for LiteraryGenre, please remember to set the rdfs:subClassOf property to "Genre"
