This class is misplaced, it should be a subclass of Language, not Software. Perhaps a NaturalLanguage class is needed. As a natural language is used to write a WrittenWork, so a programming language is used to write software. Be neither English is a instance of Book or C++ a subclass of videogame. Also, none of the specific properties of software apply to programming language.
